1. go toe-to-toe with someone
~에 맞서다, 대적하다
to face someone directly in a conflict or fight
Pengsoo always goes toe-to-toe with those who are arrogant or rude.
2. hit the panic button
(나쁜 상황에) 쩔쩔매다, 어쩔 줄 몰라하다
to overreact to a bad situation with excessive fear or condition
To solve any issues, you don't have to hit the panic button even if the situation is tough.
3. get on someone's bad side
화나게 하다, 신경을 건드리다
to make someone angry or unhappy with you
If you get on Ryan's bad side, he will go toe-to-toe with you.
