1 오늘 읽은 말씀

오늘은 총 3장을 읽었다.

참고로 오늘 교회를 가기 위해 여러 교회를 알아보던 중 정동제일교회를 알아봤는데 최근에 서초 사랑의교회 특별새벽기도회 기간에 가서 설교를 가서 이 교회는 거르기로 했다. 내가 현재 교회에 가지 않게 된 가장 큰 이유가 사랑의교회 오정현 목사와 대학부에 있던 목사들의 위선적인 모습 때문인데, 거기에 가서 설교를 했다는 건 결국 마음과 뜻이 같다는 것으로 받아들여진다. 무엇보다 2013년 경 교계 지도자들, 오정현 목사 격려하며 '회복을 위한 예배' 개최 기사에 보면 송기성 목사 또한 여기에 참석을 했다. 위 "회복 예배" 참석자 전체 명단(30명)은 아래와 같다.

적어도 나는 저기에 있는 사람들이 속한 단체와는 섞이고 싶지 않다.

1.1 시편 3편

(3절) 그러나 여호와여 주는 나의 방패시요 나의 영광이시며 나의 머리를 드시는 분이십니다
(5절) 내가 잘 자고 다시 깨었으니 밤새도록 여호와께서 지켜 주셨음이라
(6절) 수천만의 대적이 나를 포위할지라도 내가 두려워하지 않으리라
(8절) 구원은 여호와께서 주시는 것입니다. 주의 백성에게 주의 복을 내리소서.

1.2 잠언 3장

(1절) My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart,
(2절) for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity.
(3절) Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart.
(4절) Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.
(5절) Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
(6절) 너는 범사에 그를 인정하라 그리하면 네 길을 지도하시리라 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight(=direct your paths). 너는 모든 일에 여호와를 인정하라. 그러면 그가 너에게 바른 길을 보이실 것이다.
(7절) Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil.
(9절) Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; 네 재산과 네 모든 농산물의 첫열매로 여호와를 공경하라
(10절) then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine. 그러면 네 창고가 가득 차고 포도주통에 새 포도주가 넘칠 것이다
(13절) Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding,
(14절) for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold.
(18절) 지혜는 그것을 얻은 자에게 생명 나무와도 같은 것이다. 그래서 지혜를 가진 자가 복이 있다.
(25절) 너는 갑자기 밀어닥친 재앙이나 악인들의 멸망이 이를 때 두려워하지 말아라.
(26절) 여호와는 제가 의지할 분이시니 너를 안전하게 지키실 것이다.
(27절) Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act. 선을 베풀 능력이 있거든 그것을 필요로 하는 자에게 베풀기를 주저하지 말며
(28절) 너에게 가진 것이 있으면 네 이웃에게 "갔다가 다시 오너라. 내일 주겠다" 라고 말하지 말아라.
(32절) For the LORD detests the perverse but takes the upright into his confidence.
(33절) The LORD's curse is on the house of the wicked.
(34절) He mocks proud mockers but shows favor to the humble and oppressed. 여호와는 거만한 자를 비웃으시고 겸손한 사람에게 은혜를 베푸신다.

1.3 전도서

(14절) 내가 해 아래서 행하는 모든 일을 본즉 다 헛되어 바람을 잡으려는 것이로다 I have seen all the things that are done under the sun; all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind. 내가 세상에서 되어지는 모든 일을 보니 다 허무하여 바람을 잡으려는 것 같다.
(18절) 지혜가 많으면 번뇌도 많으니 지식을 더하는 자는 근심을 더하느니라 For with much wisdom comes much sorrow; the more knowledge, the more grief. 지혜가 많으면 번민이 많고 지식이 많으면 근심이 많은 법이다.

1.4 The Joesph Calling

1.4.1 1일

It takes years of preparation and testing to be a true Joseph.

One who understands that they are simply a manager of all that God has entrusted to them. It is a person who has humility and a broken, contrite heart before God.

Modern-day Josephs are prepared through the adversity of failed finances, failed marriages, failed relationships, and broken dreams. These are the things God uses to allow the Josephs of our day to be proven by the Word of the Lord. Once proven, God brings them out of their prisons and uses them mightily for his purposes. Joseph went through his own trials - not because of any failure, but because of an incredible calling: to save and provide for an entire nation. God had to prepare this man with thirteen years of broken dreams and humble circumstances to break every ounce of pride and self-will.

(시편 105:16-19) 그가 그 땅에 기근을 보내 양식이 다 떨어지게 하셨으나 종으로 팔린 요셉이었다. 족쇄에 그 발이 상하고 그 몸이 쇠사슬에 묶였으니 여호와의 말씀이 이루어질 때까지라. 그 말씀이 그가 진심함을 입증하였다(=그 말씀이 저를 단련하였도다).
