I think that Information and Communication Technology, as known as ICT, is one of the top innovations.
It has increased productivity dramatically, and it also has made us possible to communicate with each other at any time and anyplace. Thanks to the innovation we learn things at a faster pace than before. It also changes the things we value. In th the past, Memorization is '''was''' one of the top skills humankinds '''humankind''' need; however, creativity is considered as one of the most critical abilities these days. Not to mention that it changes the way business is done.
It is true that we have come a long way to this, but there is still a '''room for improvement ''' in ICT. For example, one of the buzzwords is Artificial Intelligence or AI. I agree that it has been improved a lot, but we still have been struggling to control how the AI algorithm works.
Lastly, I would like people know that technology doesn't just automatically improve. It only improves if a lot of people work very hard to make it better. Truth to be told, it degrades if we don't work hard.
