1 말씀묵상

1.1 주님, 저는 당신이 필요합니다

2일차.

당신의 은혜로 나의 죄를 보고, 슬퍼하고, 그것을 버릴 수 있게 도와주세요. 의를 쫓음에 굶주림과 목마름을 주세요. 나의 주 예수님, 내가 당신을 보고, 알며, 사랑하고 당신과 함께 할 수 있도록 당신의 은혜와 자비와 사랑을 내려주세요.

• 시편 42편 1-2절: As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?

• Galatians 2, 20: I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved and gave himself for me.

• John 14, 13: And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

1.2 The Joseph Calling

When we begin to see people as God does, we’ll no longer look at them as enemies, but as souls in need of grace.

다윗이 사울왕의 죽음을 들었을 때 기뻐하는 대신 슬퍼했던 것은 하나님께서 그를 보는 것처럼 그를 볼 수 있었기 때문이다.

This is how Jesus could give of his life for us. He saw our great need, not what we did to him.

When someone wrongs you, do you seek to retaliate, or do you pray to understand the need behind the offender’s actions?

God allowed me to go beyond the person’s actions to understand what was the source of his need.

This is the kind of live Jesus wants us to have when he tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who spitefully use us.

God brings us to a level of grace we never thought possible by doing a special work of grace in those wh o go beyond the realm of normal response to persecution.

1.3 The Fruit of The Spirit

The Fruit of the Spirit is listed in Galatians 5 - love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These qualities make up the Fruit. There are not nine different fruits - it is a nine-part Fruit, there are numerous slices.

The original Greek word for “Fruit” in Galatians 5 is ‘’’karpos’’’, and one definition means “a result of something.”

Just like the branches of a grapevine have to be connected to the vine in order to bear grapes, the Fruit of the Spirit is evidence of being connected to Christ.

The flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. (Galatians 5:17)

‘’’Bottom line: you can be led by the flesh, or you can be led by the Spirit of God, but you can’t be led by both - they are in constant conflict.’’’

2 설교말씀

• 제목: 혼란의 시대를 사는 법

본문에는 타락한 삼손(이스라엘)의 이야기가 나옴.

이스라엘은 아무리 타락해도 하나님을 믿지 않는 종족과는 피를 섞지 않았으나, 이제는 그 선 또한 넘었음.

나실인은 동물의 사체를 만지면 안되나 삼손은 거리낌없이 이를 만졌을 뿐만 아니라 부모에게 이를 알리지도 않음.

삼손은 정욕과 혈기와 폭력에 사로잡혀 사는 단순한 그런 사람이었음.

혼란이 극에 달한 시대. 어느 누구도 바르게 사는 사람이 없었음.

첫째, 우리는 세상 문화와 더불어 싸워야 함

싸우지 않고 흐지부지 동화되면 정체성을 잃게 될 것이다.

갈등이 없고 편안하다면 내가 이미 세상에 정복을 당했기 때문이다.

내가 세상에 화평을 주러 온 줄로 생각하지 말라 화평이 아니요 검을 주러 왔노라 (마태복음 10:34)

물질만능주의와 싸워야 함. 과학과 이성을 하늘처럼 떠받치는 그런 정신과 싸워야 함. 인권으로 포장한 낙태, 동성애 등과 싸워야 함.

둘째, 우리는 성령의 열매로 세상을 변혁시켜야 함

삼손은 성령의 은사는 있었으나 열매가 없었다.

내가 사람의 방언과 천사의 말을 할찌라도 사랑이 없으면 소리나는 구리와 울리는 꽹과리가 되고 내가 예언하는 능이 있어 모든 비밀과 모든 지식을 알고 또 산을 옮길만한 모든 믿음이 있을찌라도 사랑이 없으면 내가 아무 것도 아니요” (‭‭고린도전서‬ ‭13:1-2‬ ‭KRV‬‬)

셋째, 언약을 이루시는 하나님을 전심으로 의지해야 함

여호와의 영이 삼손에게 갑자기 임하시매(사사기 15:14)

하나님께서 힘을 주셔서 삼손이 여러 가지 난동을 부릴 수 있었음.

왜? 하나님은 어떻게든 이스라엘과 블레셋을 떼어놓으려고 함.

...이 일이 여호와께로부터 나온 것인 줄은 알지 못하였더라 (사사기 14:4b)

하나님이 삼손의 정욕과 혈기를 사용해서 이스라엘과 블레셋을 떼어놓음.

하나님은 긍휼에 불이 타서 그러함. 이스라엘을 버리지 않고 자기 백성을 구원하기 위해서 그렇게 하심.

하나님은 모든 것을 합력하여 선을 이루실 수 있는 분. 내 안의 모든 것을 사용하셔서 하나님은 그렇게 역사하실 수 있는 분이다.

인간은 악한 짓을 하더라도 하나님은 그것보다 더 높으시기 때문에 너무 걱정하지 말고. 좁은 길로 나아가며 오직 성령의 열매, 사랑으로 잘 견디며 살면 하나님께서 결국에는 합력하여 선을 이루실 것이다.

3 성경묵상

3.1 잠언 4장

• 4절: Take hold of my words with all your heart; keep my commands, and you will live.

• 6절: Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you.

• 7절: The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding.

• 10-12절: Listen, my son, accept what I say, and the years of your life will be many. I instruct you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths. When you walk, your steps will not be hampered; when you run, you will not stumble.

• 13절: 내 교훈을 잊지 말고 굳게 지켜라. 이것은 너의 생명과도 같은 것이다.

• 18-19절: 의로운 자의 길은 점점 밝아져서 완전히 빛나는 아침 햇빛 같으며 악인의 길은 캄캄한 어두움과 같아서 그들이 넘어져도 무엇에 걸려 넘어졌는지조차 알지 못한다. / The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining every brighter till the full light of day. But the way of the wicked is like deep darkness; they do not know what makes them stumble.

• 23절: 그 무엇보다도 네 마음을 지켜라. 여기서부터 생명의 샘이 흘러나온다. Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.

• 24절: Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips.

• 27절: 너는 곁길로 벗어나지 말고 네 발을 악에서 떠나게 하라. / Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil.

3.2 시편 4장

• 3절: Know that the LORD has set apart his faithful servant for himself; the LORD hears when I call to him.

• 4절: 너희는 화가 난다고 죄를 짓지 말아라. 자리에 누워 조용히 생각하며 너희 마음을 살펴라. / Tremble and do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent.

• 5절: 여호와께 옳은 제사를 드리고 그를 신뢰하여라. / Offer the sacrifices of the righteous and trust in the LORD.

3.3 전도서 4장

• 4절: 나는 또 사람들이 열심히 일하여 성공하고자 하는 동기가 자기 이웃에 대한 시기 때문인 것을 알았다. 이것 역시 헛되고 바람을 잡으려는 것과 같은 것이다. / And I saw that all toil and all achievement spring from one person’s envy of another. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.

• 9-10절: 두 사람이 한 사람보다 더 나은 것은 협력하므로 일을 효과적으로 할 수 있기 때문이다. 만일 두 사람 중 하나가 넘어지면 다른 사람이 그를 도와 일으킬 수 있으나 혼자 있다가 넘어지면 그를 도와 일으켜 주는 자가 없으므로 그는 어려움을 당하게 된다. / Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.

• 12절: 한 사람으로서는 당해 낼 수 없는 공격도 두 사람이면 능히 막아낼 수 있으니 삼겹줄은 쉽게 끊어지지 않는다. / Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

• 13절: 가난하지만 지혜로운 소년은 모든 조언을 거절하는 늙고 어리석은 왕보다 낫다. / Better a poor but wise youth than an old but foolish king who no longer knows how to heed a warning.

내 생각은 너희 생각보다 높음이니라
나의 생각은 너희의 생각과 다르며
나의 길은 너희의 길과 다름이라
이는 하늘이 땅보다 높음 같이
내 생각은 너의 생각보다 높음이니라
내 입에서 나가는 말도 헛되이 내게로 되돌아오지 않고
나의 기뻐하는 뜻을 이루며 내가 보낸 일에 형통함이라
나의 생각은 너희의 생각과 다르며
나의 길은 너희의 길과 다름이라
이는 하늘이 땅보다 높음같이
