1 말씀묵상

1.1 The Joesph Calling

1.1.1 Day 5

Joseph was a type of Christ in the Old Testament. ‘’’The famine was an event designed to bring the brothers to repentance and a saving knowledge, both physically and spiritually.’’’

Is your life passing through a time of famine? Are your supplies limited? Is God leading you into directions that you would not normally seek? ‘’’Perhaps this is God’s hand creating circumstances for his purposes. ‘’’Now is the time to look attentively as he directs you to unlikely sources.

수고하고 무거운 짐짓 자들아 다 내게로 오라 내가 너희를 쉬게 하리라 (마11:28)

1.1.2 Day 6

They bruised his feet with shackles, his neck was put in irons, till what he foretold came to pass, till the word of the Lord proved him true. - Psalms 105:18-19

...However, the proving out of that word from God was filled with thirteen years of waiting, rejection, pain, sorrow, and no doubt, questioning God’s faithfulness.

‘’’God’s preparation for greatness in his Kingdom is often filled with difficulty. God is more concerned about developing the inner life of his servant.’’’ That inner life can only be prepared by removing all self-confidence and replacing it with God-confidence. God-confidence is only developed in the furnace of life.

 그 발이 착공에 상하며 그 몸이 쇠사슬에 매였으니 곧 여호와의 말씀이 응할 때까지로 그 말씀이 저를 단련하였도다 - 시편 105편 18-19절

1.1.3 Day 7

Have you ever noticed that God is not in a hurry It took forty years for Moses to receive his commission to lead the people out of Egypt. ‘’’It took seventeen years of preparation before Joseph was delivered from slavery and imprisonment.’’’ It took twenty years before Jacob was released from Laban’s control. Abraham and Sarah were in their old age when they finally received the son of promise, Issac. So why isn’t God in a hurry?

We are often more focused on outcome than the process that he is accomplishing in our lives each day.

This is the lesson for us. ‘’’We must wait’’’ for God’s timing and embrace wherever we are in the process. ‘’’When we find contentment in that place, we begin to experience God in ways we never thought possible.’’’

그러나 여호와께서 기다리시라니까 이는 너희에게 은혜를 베풀게 하심이요 일어나시리니 이는 너희를 긍휼히 여기려 하심이라 대저 여호와는 고의으 하나님이심이라 무릇 그를 기다리는 자는 복이 있도다 (이사야 30장 18절)

1.2 Fruit of the Spirit

1.2.1 Day 4

Patience is waiting without complaining. - Robin Meadows

‘’’Patience’’’ is exhibiting calmness during the midst of stressful situations.

‘’’Kindness’’’ is being genuinely kind to anyone and everyone. It assumes that all people deserve kindness no matter the differences, viewpoints, or cultures.

‘’’Goodness’’’ is truly desiring to help others. Good people don’t just do the right thing; they make things right.

너희 중에 지혜와 총명이 있는 자가 누구나 그는 선행으로 말미암아 지혜의 온유함으로 그 행함을 보일찌니라 - 야고보서 3장 13절

여호와 앞에 잠잠하고 참아 기다리라 자기 길이 형통하여 악한 꾀를 이루는 자를 인하여 불평하여 말지어다 - 시편 37편 7절

인자한 자는 자기의 영혼을 이롭게 하고 잔인한 자는 자기의 몸을 해롭게 하느니라 - 잠언 11장 17절

1.2.2 Day 5

Here is the paradox of Christian living. We must give up control of self to gain self-control - Andy Mineo

‘’’Faithfulness’’’ is being dependable in our relationship with God and others. It’s choosing to be true to our word and following through with our promises. ‘’’It’s being reliable in a world that isn’t.’’’

‘’’Gentleness’’’ is allowing God to deal with others so that we don’t have to take matters into our own hands. Being gentle doesn’t mean someone is weak. Quite the opposite - it takes great strength to be gentle when the flesh wants the opposite.

‘’’Self-Control’’’ is being able to keep one’s self in check. It’s not letting our circumstances cause us to lose control. It’s choosing, under significant pressure, to chase after the important instead of the urgent.

이는 우리가 믿음으로 행하고 보는 것으로 하지 아니함이로라 - 고린도후서 5장 7절

너희 관용을 모든 사람에게 알게 하라 주께서 가까우시니라 - 빌립보서 4장 5절

하나님의 뜻은 이것이니 너희으 거룩함을 곧 음란을 버리고 각각 거룩함과 존귀함으로 자기의 아내 취할 줄을 va 알고 - 데살로니가전서 4장 3-4절

1.2.3 Day 6

‘’’The Fruit will be the byproduct of a life surrendered to the Spirit of God.’’’ But we are not called to focus on the Fruit; ‘’’we are called to focus on God’s Spirit.’’’

Too often, we don’t see growth in ourselves and actually say things like, ‘’”I’m just an impatient person,” or, “I just can’t get along with certain people.”’’ No, the truth of the matter is that when we have that mindset, we’re just choosing to walk in the flesh. In our human existence, we are the opposite of the Fruit of the Spirit.

Seeking God and asking Him to help us grow in exhibiting His Fruit will challenge us because we are choosing to deny our flesh and feed our spirit instead.

Every problem is a character-building opportunity. - Rick Warren

Instead of avoiding change, our prayer should be, ‘’“God, do in me whatever you need to do so that I will exhibit your Fruit.”’’ We must quit running from growth and thinking we can’t change. ‘’’We can change because we have the power of the Holy Spirit propelling us toward it.’’’ The Fruit of the Spirit becomes part of us when we walk in obedience to the Spirit.

• 설교제목: 마음의 치유가 있는 공동체
• 본문말씀: 에베소서 4장 30-32절

첫째, 거룩한 존재감을 가지는 공동체

(엡4:30) 하나님의 성령을 근심하게 하지 말라 그 안에서 너희가 구원의 날까지 인치심을 받았느니라

마음의 점을 빼야 자존감이 생긴다. (예: 숫자 4.5와 숫자 5 이야기)

둘째, 부정적 감정을 다스리는 공동체

(엡4:31) 너희는 모든 악독과 노함과 분냄과 떠드는 것과 비방하는 것을 모든 악의와 함께 버리고

1. 악독
2. 노함
3. 분냄
4. 떠드는 것(=고함치는 것)
5. 비방하는 것

다섯가지 감정들의 공통점은 그 사람의 내면 깊은 곳에 있는 분노 때문에 발현된다는 것이다.

분노 감정은 내면을 돌아보라는 신호이다.

셋째, 따뜻한 공감과 수용력을 가진 공동체

(엡4:32) 서로 친절하게 하며 불쌍히 여기며 서로 용서하기를 하나님이 그리스도 안에서 너희를 용서하심과 같이 하라

공감은 지하층으로 내려가는 것이다.

서로 용서할 때 공동체 안에 엄청난 역사가 일어난다.

마음의 치유가 있는 공동체가 되려면 작은 변화가 필요하다. 그것은 어렵지 않다.

첫째, 거룩한 존재감을 가져야 한다. 즉, 우리의 의식이 변해야 한다.

둘째, 부정적인 감정을 다스려야 한다. 다시 말하면, 우리의 마음이 변해야 한다.

셋째, 따뜻한 공감과 수용력을 가진 공동체가 되어야 한다. 즉, 우리의 언어가 변해야 한다.

2.2 2020년 1월 26일

• 설교제목: 삼손, 죽음으로 살다
• 본문말씀: 사사기 16장 26-31절
• 설교자: 한진환 목사

사사가 처음으로 이방인에게 진 사례는 절대힘을 가진 삼손이었다. 블레셋을 압도하던 자가 블레셋의 개가 되어 그들의 놀림거리가 되었다. 삼솜은 부르짖는다.

(사16:28) 주 여호와여 구하옵나니 나를 생각하옵소서 하나님이여 구하옵나니 이번만 나를 강하게 하사 나의 두 눈을 뺀 블레셋 사람에게 원수를 단번에 갚게 하옵소서

히브리서 11장에는 믿음의 선조들의 목록이 나오는데 거기에도 삼손의 이름이 나온다. 삼손은 실패한 게 아니었나? 삼손이 보여준 마지막 믿음은 무엇인가?

첫째, 삼손은 온전히 하나님께로 돌이김

삼손은 자신의 실수로 인해 하나님께서 영원히 나를 버리셨다고 생각했다.

(삿16:22) 그의 머리털이 밀린 후에 다시 자라기 시작하니라

이 순간에 삼손은 불현듯이 하나님께서 나를 버리신 게 아닐지도 모른다는 생각을 하게 되었다.

삼손이 자기 힘의 원천이 머리카락이 아니라 하나님임을 깨달았다.

(사55:7) 악인은 그의 길을, 불의한 자는 그의 생각을 버리고 여호와께로 돌아오라 그리하면 그가 긍휼히 여기시리라 우리 하나님께로 돌아오라 그가 너그럽게 용서하시리라

둘째, 삼손은 약함을 통해 강해짐

(삿16:28) 삼손이 여호와께 부르짖어 이르되 주 여호와여 구하옵나니 나를 생각하옵소서 하나님이여 구하옵나니 이번만 나를 강하게 하사 나의 두 눈을 뺀 블레셋 사람에게 원수를 단번에 갚게 하옵소서

믿음의 선조들은 오히려 약할 때 강해졌다.

(히11:34) 불의 세력을 멸하기도 하며 칼날을 피하기도 하며 연약한 가운데서 강하게 되기도 하며

영적으로 강해지는 시기가 바로 약해질 때다.

(고후12:9) 나의 여러 약한 것들에 대하여 자랑하리니 이는 그리스도의 능력이 내게 머믈게 하려 함이라

약할 때 나를 새롭게 하시려는 하나님의 뜻이 있다.

이 말에 나는 참 공감을 한다. 내가 대학을 진중하게 준비해야 할 시기에 방황했기에 나는 더 넓은 그릇이 될 수 있었다. 성경은 분명히 말한다. 당신이 겪은 어떤 어려움을 통해 당신은 결국 더 많은 사람을 품을 수 있는 그릇으로 성장한다고.

셋째, 삼손은 자기 중심에서 하나님 중심으로 바뀜.

순종의 기준은 주님이 기뻐하시는 여부이다. 내가 힘드냐, 힘들지 않느냐가 기준이 아니다.
